summer water sports & cabin?

I%26#39;m looking for a summer cabin for 6 people, preferably a cabin with electricity, not totally rustic.

Need nearby watersports - boat and waterski rentals, jet skis, swimming, etc. Pretty much anywhere in Texas is okay.

Any suggestions?

Have you heard the marketing slogan for Texas? ';Texas - It%26#39;s a Whole Other Country'; and it is. Do you want coastal watersports? Or a lake? You might check out Indian Lodge at Lake Whitney. It%26#39;s a motel/lodge but the cabins might fit your vision. They have rentals of boats and jet skis.

You%26#39;ll want to check the weather before you come. Sometimes it%26#39;s just too hot even to go swimming. The water temp gets to about bath tub temp.
