Loch Ness Marina is no longer there....It had been a wonderful little marina, back in the mid to late 70%26#39;s ...the last time i was there was Easter 1981....We camped there Thur-sun...I remember thurs being a great fishing day....and then the ';front blew in'; there were 3-4 ft caps on the main lake...A friend of mine was ';trying out a boat'; he was considering buying.... we went to Anchorage Marina early fri am to fish the area around the marina and on the return trip we were following my dad,which was in a larger boat and it was not too bad..but my friend decided to ';swing'; outside the wake of my dad%26#39;s boat and we were soundly beaten...my friend knocked a hole in the boat we were in and we made a run for the 1097 bridge and the cove that ran beside it and beached the boat..we were knee deep in water inside the boat...what a week-end....Loch ness Marina was like family

Loch Ness Marina?

Loch Ness Marina is there! I put my boat in there all the time. They have live bait as well as a bar on the lake which has live bands. Nice place to park your RV and have a good time.
