Spring Trails master planned community

My wife and I have been looking at the Spring Trails MPC off of Riley Fuzzel Rd in Harris Co. and wanted to know if anyone had any thoughts regarding same. We are looking at Darling home builders in Mulberry Park area. Thanks.

Spring Trails master planned community

Spring Trails is a very nice community, close to The Woodlands. It is in Conroe ISD, close to excellent schools. I have several friends who have purchased lots and built in that area. It is growing rapidly. In reference to the builder, I cannot give you any insight. You might want to check with the BBB in this area to get more info.

Just wanted to emphasize that Spring Trails is actually in Montgomery County, not Harris (Spring Creek is the boundary).

Getting into Houston is easy because there%26#39;s a ramp to the southbound Hardy Toll Road at Riley Fuzell. Getting to The Woodlands (where you%26#39;ll probably be shopping) is a little trickier, but is probably best done by going into Spring and winding around to Spring-Steubner as Rayford has quite a bit of traffic and many signals.

This should be zoned for Oak Ridge HS and York JHS (where I went) though, which is a bit of a bus ride.

Also, keep in mind that Spring Creek does flood. Looking at the plan, they%26#39;ve set the houses back pretty far from the creek, similarly to what they did in The Woodlands, but it may be something to keep in mind.

Riley Fuzell used to turn to gravel right after Rayford, head into the woods and dead-end at a concrete plant, which I always thought was cool as it means that you%26#39;re right next to a more natural, undeveloped environment.

Hope that helps.

Thanks everyone we really do appreciate the information.
