Need 20+ rooms Downtown in Sept-Help!!

I%26#39;m looking for hotel/motel that can handle a small military reunion. When I contact the visitors bureau I only hear from these huge convention hotels with amenties we can%26#39;t use. The average age of the men is 77. We want to be downtown, or on the shuttle line. We need a couple of handicap rooms and easy accessability . The only thing we must have is a hospitality room. How about some help Texans!!!
