Hello, my husband and I are arriving at IAH at 2:30 p.m. on Thursday February 1rst. and have to be at Hobby at least at 5:30 p.m. for check in.
Also we will be arriving Hobby on February 5 (Monday) at 6:45 p.m. and have to be on IAH at least at 8:30.
We are looking for the best choice since we are in a budget. And also, we have to consider the time it takes for claiming luggage.
Can anybody help us?

I would suggest looking at a car service, like limo or sedan service. They could meet you a baggage claim and drop you off at the airport ticket/check-in area.
A taxi is the only other way, and neither will be cheap.
