Maggiepuffer,

First, please let me say ';wonderful!!!'; You deserve a celebration!!

Yes, I think you made a good choice. You are in a prime location, next to the Radisson, right on the beach, with a nice pool area (although it is not heated) and three hot tubs - well-kept grounds. No restaurant on premises, but you are close to everything. That being said, the condos can range from so-so to really great because they are all privately owned, and therefore, vary in condition and amenities. Which building will you be in? There are four Saida%26#39;s on the property and Royale. The condos are all spacious. Royale%26#39;s decks aren%26#39;t as large as the others. We%26#39;ve friends who%26#39;ve stayed at Saida III, Saida IV, Saida II and Royale so, over the years we%26#39;ve seen a fair number of them. All we have seen have been just fine. Royale has its own front desk, but the others do not, so you will probably have to go somewhere else for towel exchange etc. I imagine your rental agent will have filled you in on all that.

Hope you have a wonderful celebration of life and family!

Congratulations on 10 years!!

You%26#39;re gonna love it and so will your kids. I%26#39;ve stayed there many times and always had great accommodations. Depends on which bldg you%26#39;re in as to how close to the beach, but all bldgs are close to the pools %26amp; hot tubs. I like the close proximity to Port Isabel where you have better shopping - groceries and Wal-mart.

Have fun!!
