We are looking for a 2 bedroom/2bath for the thanksgiving week. I desire on the beach and being able to see the water. Havn%26#39;t been to Padre in three years and the Turks and Caicos has spoiled me, but my family wants local. We%26#39;re looking at a condo near Isla Biance Park. Third floor with some construction going on. Can anyone out there shed some light on condo, etc?

Berger, is the complex called Sea Vista? It is located right on the beach and right next to the beach access to Schlitterbahn Water Park and the last complex before Isla Blanca. They have been undergoing major renovations but must be fairly close to completion, I would think. It looks like a very nice complex from the beach - large balconies with a pretty unobstructed view of the gulf. Have never been in a condo there though.

are there 2 beachfront buildings where you are staying? if so, it looks like one building is finished, but the other one looks like it has been abandoned during construction. just got back from there on sunday, and i never saw anyone working on this building (but the weather was bad a lot of the time). I would call to make sure this is where you want to be.
